Established in 1975, the Patriot Club is the fundraising arm of the George Mason University athletic department. With the mission of all Mason Student-Athletes at hand, the Patriot Club garners support for student-athlete scholarships, athletic facilities, sport-specific operating funds through direct donations, and special events. Patriot Club donors consist of alumni athletes, Mason alumni, families of former athletes, corporations, foundations, Mason faculty and staff, coaches and other friends. Donors to the Patriot Club partner with George Mason to help create champions - not just champions in the playing arena, but champions in the classroom and for life.
MissionOur mission is to enhance the visibility of George Mason University's athletics, engage individuals and businesses in our Division I athletic programs, and support George Mason University Student-Athletes. We help raise money for student-athlete scholarships through direct donations, the annual membership drive, special events and supporting Mason sports with their specific fundraising efforts.
