2007-08: CAA Men's Swimmer of the Year ... Most Outstanding Men's Swimmer of the CAA Championships ... Finished 1st in the 50-yard freestyle (20.00), 1st in the 100-yard breaststroke (54.93), 1st in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:00.00), and helped the George Mason Men's team place 3rd in the 400 and 800-yard freestyles, and also the 200 and 400-yard medley relays at the CAA Championships.

2006-07: Brought home a bronze medal in the 50 free (20.72), as well as the 100 breast (57.23) and also placed fifth in the 100 free (46.18) at the CAA Championships...member of several relay teams at CAAs: the fourth-place 400 free (3:04.66), fifth-place 400 medley relay (3:26.88), the seventh-place 200 medley relay (1:34.61) and the seventh-place 200 free relay (1:24.65).

2005-06: Finished 15th in the 100 breaststroke (1:00.15), 17th in the 50 free (21.84) and 19th in the 200 breast (2:11.76) at the CAA Championships...named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll and earned the CAA Commissioner's Award both semesters.

Prep: Earned one varsity letter in swimming & diving at Westfield...member of the 200 yard medley relay team and the 200 free relay team that placed fourth at state competition...also played two years of lacrosse at Westfield...graduated Magna Cum Laude...on the honor roll all four years...lettered in academics...swam with the NVSL summer swim league for 12 years...member of the SYA Lacrosse team for four seasons and the Advantage Lacrosse squad for three.
