2005 Outdoor: Competed in the 400m and 400 hurdles races, twice setting a personal-best in the 400 hurdles... Ran a PR 55.91 and finished 9th in the 400H at the CAA Championships, but eclipsed the mark by .01 seconds two weeks later at the Mason Invitational... Posted times of 58:47 (13th) and 57:25 (45th), respectively, in the 400H at the Baldy Castillo Invitational and the Raleigh Relays... Also ran 53:52 in the 400m at the Baldy Castillo and placed 21st... Was 14th in the 400 with a mark of 53:50 at the CAA Championships... Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the Spring for outstanding work in the classroom.

2005 Indoor: Saw action at the Winter Open, running to a 5th-place finish in the 400m in 53:19... Was 12th in the 500 at the Father Diamond Open with a mark of 1:08.70.

2004 Outdoor: Set personal bests in both the 800 meters and 400-meter hurdles... Competed in the hurdles just once all year, finishing sixth at the Patriot Open in 56.74... At the CAA Championships, was 13th in the 800 with a personal-best 1:57.96... Ran the 800 at the Baldy Castillo and Raleigh Relays, finishing 16th and 23rd, respectively.

2004 Indoor: Ran a pair of middle distances, competing at both the 500 meters and 800 meters... Had two top-10 finishes in the 800 and a top-10 in the 500... Set a personal best in the 500 at the Collegiate Open, finishing 7th in 1:07.74... Was 7th at the Patriot Games in the 800, breaking two minutes for the first time... Also finished 5th in the Winter Open in the 800... Set a season-best in the 800 at the FasTrack Invitational with a 1:58.59... Also competed in the 500 at the Father Diamond Open Invitational.

2003 Indoor: Did not compete.

2002 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 400-meter hurdles for the Patriots ... Ran a season-best 57.47 to finish in the top 10 overall and as the fifth collegian at the Mason Invitational... Was also the fifth-finishing collegian at the James Madison Invitational... Competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the CAA Championships.

2002 Indoor: Did not compete.

Prep: Ran varsity indoor and outdoor track & field for two years for the Titans... Named MVP for outdoor track as a senior... Also played football for four years, and was on the varsity squad for three... Earned eight letters.
